Marty Padilla & Associates

Marty Padilla serves as President and founder of Marty Padilla &  Associates Inc., formerly known as the Executive Recruiting Team, based in Chicago Illinois. She is responsible for the primary client interface, management of candidate research and development of the firm. The bulk of Marty’s clients are in the healthcare food service industry. In Marty’s leadership, MPA has had a 98% retention rate on all of their placements. Prior to forming MPA, Marty worked for one of the top search firms in the United States and was awarded Top Recruiter of the firm and then served as a manager for all new recruiters hired within the Chicago firm. Prior to Executive search Marty served as a multi-department head for major hospitals in the Chicagoland area where she provided the leadership for staffing, training and administration for several business units throughout the hospital.

Marty is president and founder of (SPOT) Social Professionals of Toastmasters, a toastmasters club she started in 2011. SPOT is the only TM club in Chicago that caters to professionals. Through Marty’s guidance, the club has won the Toastmasters President’s Distinguished Award, which is only awarded to less than 1% of clubs in the country.

She is involved in a variety of leadership positions including Greater River North Business Association as the board chair in 2018 and now serves as the President of the association. She is a member of the Metropolitan Club of Chicago and served as the Chair of their Business Alliance committee, and now serves on the Board of Governors. She is on the Board of Directors for Revive Center for Housing who help the homeless. Marty also served as the Board President of the Cornelia Court Townhome Association.

Martyis currently a member and involved in a variety of professional organizations including the Metropolitan Club of Chicago, Mid America Club, Association of Healthcare Foodservice (AHF), Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals (ANFP), Multicultural Food Service and Hospitality Alliance (MFHA), and the Women’s Foodservice Forum (WFF).
